                           Joseph Cheah, director of Montessori for

                           Dementia Care is an experienced

                           Healthcare professional in dementia care.

                           ACTA trained, he is also an accredited

                           trainer of the Montessori Based Dementia Programming® with years conducting courses as a trainer of the Montessori Based Dementia Programming®.

About the Event

This is an AIC approved course where the care client's CTG may be used. A certificate will be issued upon completion which may be used for FDWG application for eligible care clients.

To register please download and complete this registration form The course fee for this course is $100. You may use your care recipient's CTG to pay up to $90. The exact amount depends on eligibility and CTG balance. The balance of $10 is by cash payment/ PayNow or bank transfer.
